A Pakistan Army training aircraft crashed in the Nawakilli area of Quetta following a reported technical malfunction. The aircraft had taken off from Quetta Cantonment Air Base but developed a fault while en route, resulting in the crash. Security forces rushed to the scene and cordoned off the area.

🚨 TALIBAN HELICOPTER DOWNED IN PANJSHIR, SENIOR AIR FORCE OFFICIAL AMONG WOUNDED

A Taliban-operated Indian-made Cheetah helicopter was reportedly downed in a pre-planned operation by the Green Unit in Panjshir on October 7 at around 7:15 a.m.

According to the claim, two pilots, Abdul Azeem and Mohammad Naeem, along with Taliban Air Force Chief of Staff Mullah Qiblaullah Muqeem, were seriously wounded.

The injured were reportedly evacuated to Kabul aboard a Russian-made Mi-17 helicopter, with their condition described as critical.

The helicopter's wreckage remains in the Arzoy area of Panjshir, where efforts are underway to obtain photographs and video footage of the crash site.
