Dr. Araghchi says as far as I recall, there were three explosions... The first explosion hit at some distance from us, and we were all shocked... About one or two seconds later, the second explosion occurred closer, and the building shook violently... The third explosion happened on the other side of our building...

The building where Ali Asghar Hejazi was based was arranged such a way that one side was where our meeting was held and the other side was his office... The part where Mr. Hejazi's office was located was targeted and effectively destroyed the left side of the building...

Dr. Araghchi says after the explosion, the ceiling, walls, and everything else collapsed on top of us...

I looked at Mr. Hejazi and asked: "Are you alright?" He said: "Yes"... I took his hand and he said we must get out of the building as quickly as possible, because attacks might continue...

We made our way through the wood and rubble, moving from the room into a hall where the cries of the wounded could be heard... water was pouring from the ceiling, and everything was destroyed...

With great difficulty, we managed to get out of the building. When I came outside, I saw that various parts of the complex had been targeted...

I asked Mr. Hejazi whether the Leader was present today... he replied "I don't know"...

Eventually, we exited the building. Almost all parts of the complex had been hit, and the entrances and security gates were also damaged...

The security forces came and insisted on moving me away from the site, as they feared the attacks might continue...

Our vehicles in the compound were also damaged, and some exit routes were blocked by shrapnel... so we had no choice but to go out onto the street...

They stopped a young man and asked him to drive us to the Foreign Ministry in his personal car...

When we arrived, we were covered from head to toe in dust and debris...

Satellite imagery confirms that, following Iran's attack on the U.S. base in Jordan, the fighter jet maintenance and preparation hangar was also destroyed.

This was an astonishingly precise Iranian ballistic missile strike from a distance of approximately 1,200–1,400 km.

BREAKING: It has now been confirmed that, unfortunately, several members of the 480th Fighter Squadron, who had just arrived at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, were severely wounded as a result of the IRGC Aerospace Force's ballistic missile strike on the base in Jordan.

They are now being evacuated from Jordan to Germany. Those in critical condition will be transferred to the United States for further treatment.
