As someone who has been on odsp for a little over 3 years it's also impossible to find housing period. Your member may have had special circumstances bumping them up the list.

Alcohol is one of the most dangerous drugs out there. And it's legalized. The LCBO is an essential service. Imagine that state of our hospitals without the LCBO.
