@Retardo_mon @MargoinWNC Have a friend in the Arden Farms Apartments, they aren't flooded. No power or cell service (a few texts have come thru) or gps, but they seem to be in a safe spot, but no way out of the area. Hope this helps and you hear from your daughter soon!

Banning masks has nothing to do with preventing crime. Japan has one of the lowest crime rates in the world, and everyone there wears a mask regularly.
