Indian H1Bs contributed an unfathomable amount to America: 100s of billions in taxes, 10s of billions more in fees, trillions in services. Among the most peaceful, intelligent, interesting people to grace our shores. And what do we give back? Demonization & discrimination...
Came in 2022 and became a permanent resident in 2024 meanwhile, doctors, AI engineers, scientists, and researchers who arrived in 2012 are still waiting for a green card.
This is exactly what I mean by the current SHAMELESS system prioritizing diversity over skill and merit. It is deeply un-American. No self-respecting American should stand for this.
This is the immigration system we have, and it must be fixed.
Merit and MERIT ONLY.
@elonmusk@DOGE@SpeakerJohnson FIX IT!
"Mahmoud Khalil came to America around December 2022, and became a permanent resident in 2024"
Meanwhile, Indian origin *legal* immigrants who were sponsored & got approved for a greencard in 2012, are finally getting it now in 2025. In the meantime, they contributed to US with their skills, their labor, their money.
The Green Card backlog is not an immigration issue—why? Because these are your doctors, engineers, and skilled professionals who have been here for over two decades.
What it is, is a fairness issue.
America is built on equality, justice, and merit, yet we force 1.8 million skilled immigrants into decades-long limbo while handing out 900,000( including 55k diversity visa random lotteries) green cards every year and allowing over a million illegal immigrants in.
No true American should stand for this disgrace.
How Brutal Is the Green Card Backlog for Indians?
Absolutely brutal. The U.S. immigration system is a nightmare for Indian workers.
Hard Facts:
1.2M+ Indians in the backlog.
80+ year wait time for EB-2/EB-3 green cards.
Dead applicants in the queue. Many die before getting a green card.
H-1B trap: No job flexibility, constant visa renewals, risk of deportation after layoffs.
Children age out at 21. They must self-deport if you don’t get a green card in time.
Per-country limits punish Indians. A green card issued today was applied for in 2012.
Final Reality Check:
The U.S. wants your work, taxes, and talent—but won’t give you PR anytime soon. If you’re Indian, you’re screwed.
DO NOT COME. Make India Great Again.
This comes from a place of love not arrogance or hate.
Yesterday, when I called out the foreign agents and their hypocrisy, they attempted to mass-report me. This led to the algorithm automatically reducing my reach and disabling comments on my posts.
So please, if you see this post, like and comment to help boost visibility. Thank you!
Stephan Scantlebury made racist remark
"Indians are bad" and "I just beat the sh*t out of that Indian doctor" and then hen attacked a 67-year-old Indian-origin nurse, Leelamma Lal at a Palm Beach County hospital in the USA's Florida.
The racist attacker had escaped the hospital after brutally attacking her. The attack was so brutal that essentially every bone in the victim's face was fractured. The victim is reported to have lost vision in both eyes.
The rise in racism directed at Indians & Indian descent has increasingly led to violent outcomes. This is alarming. @elonmusk
#H4EAD News:
The SAVEJOBS USA group has petitioned the Supreme Court to review the H4EAD rule, with support from the America First foundation, which is aligned with Donald Trump. Stephen Miller, who serves as Deputy WH Chief of Staff, is a former president of this foundation.

This Is Our Moment – Let’s Fix the Backlog!
Dear Community,
Thank you for being a part of this movement!
As you may have heard, a major reconciliation bill is on the way one that could be a game-changer for backlogged folks. This is our once-in-a-generation opportunity to finally address and fix the backlog. But for that to happen, we need to act now, with full force and determination.
I am preparing a comprehensive report detailing every House Representative and Senator, their voting records, and a tailored advocacy strategy for each. This will include personalized templates on how to reach out to them and what they stand to gain by supporting us , specific to their states and districts. This targeted approach will maximize our impact and give us the best chance at success.
We have a historic window to make things right, but it won’t stay open forever. We must work harder than ever.
Stay tuned-more details are coming soon.
Now is the time. Let’s get this done!
Love,
Sidharth
The per-country quota is the single most unfair barrier in the employment-based system. Capped at around 7% per country, the law punishes high-demand nationals like Indians or Chinese by saddling them with years or decades of waiting for green cards.
In 2021, the House passed the bipartisan Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act, aiming to remove these per-country limits; it stalled in the Senate despite wide support from business and labor groups. Simply moving to a first-come, first-served system would neutralize birthplace discrimination and help the U.S. retain top-tier workers
1.2 million folks born in India, high skilled & qualified, legal, MULTIPLE TIMES VETTED, tax paying, following all these rules to the dot, stuck & rot in 128 years #greencardbacklog , after meeting all the eligibility criteria.
DOGE & @DOGE_DOL needs TO FIX THIS!
The United States is facing a critical threat to its global competitiveness due to the Department of Labor's (DOL) mismanagement of the PERM labor certification process. As of October 2024, employers are enduring processing times exceeding 17 months for standard applications and up to 18 months for those under audit. These delays are not mere bureaucratic inconveniences; they are actively undermining the nation's ability to attract and retain top-tier global talent.
The repercussions of this inefficiency are profound. Businesses across sectors are struggling to fill critical positions, leading to operational disruptions and stifled innovation. In a global economy where agility and expertise are paramount, the U.S. is handicapping itself with outdated and sluggish labor certification processes. This systemic failure not only hampers economic growth but also tarnishes the nation's reputation as a hub for excellence and opportunity.
It's imperative that the @DOGE@DOGE_DOL@DOGE_STATE addresses these issues with urgency. Streamlining the PERM process, increasing staffing, and leveraging technology are essential steps to reduce these debilitating backlogs. Without immediate action, the U.S. risks falling further behind in the global race for talent, with long-lasting consequences for its economic vitality and leadership on the world stage.
🚨 America is COMMITTING ECONOMIC SUICIDE! 🚨
1.8+ MILLION workers & families trapped in Green Card hell
17+ MONTHS wasted on outdated PERM processing
80,000+ visas THROWN AWAY while companies beg for talent
Meanwhile, China is stealing America’s best engineers, doctors, & innovators AND winning the AI race.
We train them, then force them out.
This isn’t incompetence , it’s a national DISASTER. Washington is asleep while America bleeds talent & jobs.
🔥 FIX. THE. SYSTEM. NOW. 🔥
@DOGE@DOGE_DOL@DOGE_STATE@elonmusk
@Cloudwatch199 Country caps need to go.
If we allow immigration from a nation, it should be on the basis of competitive merit.
Add the most value and capability to the USA ‼️
If we already have a separate visa category for diversity (Diversity Visas), why are we imposing diversity-based restrictions on high-skilled immigration? Country caps on green cards need to be eliminated. This is not a socialist system where green cards are rationed—merit should be the sole criterion for immigration! Make it Make SENSE!?
Many skilled workers have died in #greencardbacklog because of DEI country quotas.
It’s difficult to quantify the deaths caused by workers hired at critical positions because of DEI-based country quotas.
#removecountrycap
Americans are basically very good people and respects other cultures very well. There will be few bad guys and racists in any country, so we can’t generalize things based on those comments .#H1BVisa#H1B#greencardbacklog
