@BWXLeadership @TeacherBusy we have similar . Level 1 warning , Level 2 is a behaviour point, Level 3 is a visit from SLT oncall- afterschool detention abd email home, level 4 is removal to R and R by SLT stay at school til 4pm

@edmunds_dr agree id rather the paper be easier with higher boundaries but students come out feeling confident and happy. I teach German after ni exam did they come out elated.. wrong
