@JioCare No body has called me, i have made my efforts to take concern person no. He told me that it will take 10-15 days to resolve this, why would I pay for these 10 days , very pathetic service, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is ready to give me service instantly, I am about to switch

@JioCare I have made relocation request, jio engineer has visited my new address, the service line was there but there was no slot available, now they told me it will take another 7-8 days for my connection to resume, very bad operation service again

@JioCare my fiber connection is down since last 20 hrs. I have registered service request (SR00001DUDEL) still it has not been solved. Not a very good customer care service , @airtelindia fiber was very Prompt, disappointed with Jio service

@JioCare I have lost 1 day due to bad service, will @JioCare extend my pack by 1 day, since I am paying for 30 days service so company also need to compensate by extending my validity
