Hi @potterybarn, I've been on the phone with your customer service for 40 minutes. The first representative committed to replacing a missing order. The second said there was nothing she could do. She has refused to connect me with anyone else thus far. Please help.
Hi @PotteryBarnKids, I ordered a stocking on 11/26. USPS never received it. I have spoken to two customer service representatives who have thus far refused to help me. A little help would be much appreciated.
