But honestly how can one deal with poor service delivery by @UgEquityBank
This bank always has excuses over small issues that can be resolved if internal management was indeed doing the right thing. Imagine failing to have an ATM replacement machine that works.
We are in a season to start letting go of anything that holds you back. For the next 7days, let’s Repeat;
I HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED TO BE EVERYTHING I NEED TO BE

Greetings. Things are moving well on a number of fronts. I have concluded a tour on wealth creation issues in the Masaka zone.Masaka zone is doing well with coffee, bananas, palm oil and the dairy industry.
However, in the night of Thursday, at the 11th hour of the night and ten minutes (what the Europeans call 5.30am of Friday), we had an unfortunate incident in Somalia where our force has operated successfully, ever since 2007. In the area of Bulo-Mareer, there was an FOB (Forward Operational Base) manned by a company of UPDF soldiers. Those defences are quite strong although they are guarded by light weapons.
There were two tanks, two 14.5mm anti- air-craft guns and a 107mm Katyusha rocket launcher. Some of the soldiers there did not perform as expected and panicked, which disorganized them and the Al-Shabaab took advantage of that to overran the base and destroy some of the equipment.
The panic, it seems, was totally unnecessary because, in fact, both the anti-tank ditch and our soldiers had destroyed the 3 vehicles of explosives outside the FOB. The suicide bombers or whatever, were forced to blow themselves up before they gained entry into the base.
Moreover, our UAVs were watching the whole scenario from up in the sky and directing fire. The CDF has set up a Board of Inquiry (BOI) and the full facts will come out, including the details of the casualties.
Many of the soldiers withdrew to the next FOB, nine kilometres away. The terrorists were many, about 800 or so according to the UAVs.
Hence, it was a missed opportunity, to annihilate them. The operations are continuing and they will regret their actions.
Condolences to the country and the families of those who died. This unfortunate incident should be used to remind all those concerned, that operations in Somalia and other theatres, are combat missions and not welfare missions where you can access UN allowances.
It is criminal for anybody involved, to send into such a theatre soldiers who are either not suited for that mission or not properly prepared for it. Details will come out after the BOI has finished its work.

The issue of serving food to your husband who comes late at home is dependent on several factors to mention a few;
1. The family where the wife grew up from and what she saw her mother do for the father out of her comfort zone.
2. The indoctrinations and influence a woman has got as she is growing. From her friends and social media.
3. The value a woman attaches to the marriage and how important she thinks what she does and sacrifices in marriage happens to be.
4. How masculine is the man in the house? Is he providing and leading well?
5. The entitlement and ego the man and woman have in the home.
NB:
📌Many women who will detest that, are leftists on the above points and many are identifying as career women, cohabiting but not married, and have failed at least in one marriage.
📌It is always good to do a nice thing for your partner. You never know how much influence it has on them to do the right thing or the kids you are grooming from your home. See point 1.
📌 Men should learn to appreciate the extremes a woman does for him instead of feeling entitled to them. A woman who feels appreciated will do more of extremes to please her man more.
📌From where the sun rises to where it sets, communication like sex will always be a great pillar of marriage or any relationship.
When a man honestly tells a woman why he comes late, a woman will understand.
When a man is to come late, find a mean of communicating to the wife that tonight because of reason X and Y, I might come late. Tell the truth because women use a lot of time to think wrong things than men.

📌In plea taking, it's a must for the Court to afford the accused a chance to respond to the summary of facts so that even if there's a plea bargain agrmt presented to Court, Court satisfies itself that the plea of guilty is unequivocal
