1/ I have been a loyal @bookingcom customer, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed.
What began as a serious concern involving privacy, safety and trust turned into months of frustration and unanswered concerns.
2/ I was uncomfortable sharing my personal identification directly with the host due to privacy concerns. Instead of feeling supported, I felt my concerns were ignored and dismissed.
3/ The issue had a significant impact on my family and our holiday. The emotional distress and loss of confidence in the platform far outweighed any financial aspect.
4/ I repeatedly contacted customer support and even requested escalation to senior management. I was informed that representatives could not connect customers to senior managers, which I found extremely disappointing.
5/ Despite providing detailed explanations and following the process in good faith, https://t.co/G2gsWW7YS1 has now informed me that its review is complete, its decision is final, and it will not engage in further correspondence.
6/ This matter was never just about compensation. It was about privacy, customer safety, accountability and how long-standing customers are treated when things go wrong.
7/ I sincerely regret that my relationship with @bookingcom has ended this way.
8/Very disappointed with @bookingcom. During my stay, the washroom flooded and water entered the bedroom, causing significant inconvenience to my family. Despite raising multiple complaints and sending several detailed emails with evidence, I have received no meaningful resolution or positive response.
Customers deserve better support and accountability when serious issues occur. I hope @bookingcom leadership takes note and ensures fair treatment.
I hope @bookingcom leadership, including CEO Glenn Fogel, @GlennFogel take customer trust and privacy concerns seriously and ensure future customers do not experience what my family and I have gone through. @bookingcholding@thepointsguy

मुख्यमंत्री @ChampaiSoren जी, @DCEastSinghbhum उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश का सम्मान होना चाहिए।मैं गलत अतिक्रमण का समर्थक नही हूँ लेकिन @jnacjsr द्वारा होमगार्ड के जवानो का ईस्तेमाल कर लाठीचार्ज का तरीका अमानवीय व गलत है। इसके लिए जिम्मेदार पदाधिकारी पर जाँच कर कडी कार्यवाही की जाए।
