I do not mind waiting, but there must be a reasonable limit. More importantly, I need a clear and definitive timeframe within which my issue will be satisfactorily resolved. So far, I have only received assurances that have not translated into any concrete action.

I got this kinda message from your company around 7 days ago also, but it seems you only want to deny the refund by delaying it. These are fake assurances. I will launch a legal complaint if I don't get a satisfactory response by this monday
