I paid online for the food delivery, delivery agent did not show up. I waited and at last zomato cancelled the order citing reason of unable to contact with customer and charged full cancellation charge. I need refund.

Even after providing the verified mobile number i have neither received any call nor the refund amount. @zomatocare @zomato it is so pathetic on your part how your business is exploiting customers because of your faulty app and customer service. Initiate refund asap.

I did not receive any call from delivery agent. How can i be charged cancellation charges without service or contact. Delivery agent is a cheat he did not call me. I need refund as this is pathetic service and sheer fraud.
