@SpeakNaimisha I think that could be because you grew up/lived all your life in bbsr which you think is synonymous to odia culture. Bbsr-ctc are fairly cosmopolitan and tend to have borrowed culture (eg navratri). In coastal odisha (kendrapara jajpur bhadrak) theres no such thing as navratri.

I left the service centre and took a second opinion from a phone repair shop who confirmed that there is no screen damage, only display damage which is covered under warranty.

@GoogleIndia @Google some days back my pixel 6A's display vanished by itself. Neither was the phone wasn't dropped, nor was there any pressure put on it. The phone has no scratches on the screen or dents on the body.

I brought it to your service centre in gurgaon where the receptionist told me that the "display is damaged". I asked her to recheck the issue but she kept on insisting that the phone was dropped and the screen is cracked and therefore I must pay INR 8000/-.
