@OlaElectric S1 Pro(BR01FY8004)was handed over on 9 Feb for a battery issue and kept at the service center for months. On inspection, my original seat, footrest & front mudguard were missing/changed, and I found front suspension oil leakage. Vehicle is handed over again.

I humbly request @BiharTransport @nitin_gadkari @jagograhakjago and Govt of Bihar to take action and suspend new Ola scooter sales in the state until proper service centers and support systems are established.

I got my Ola Scooty MCU changed, but reverse mode stopped working & the service center also damaged the panel. When asked, they said “too many scooters cause damage” – unacceptable!
It’s been 8 days since my complaint, no response yet. If service isn’t proper, why sell scooters?
My Ola Scooty MCU has failed for the 3rd time. Ola Hyper Service promises 1-day service or a backup vehicle, but your executive says there's no backup scooty service in Bihar. Then why advertise 1-day Hyper Service here? This is misleading. #OlaElectric
