@pmcg @daringfireball @gruber @jsnell I don’t know why I think this, but I think potato-based is filling and bread-based is stuffing. And I think dressing is a synonym for stuffing. But I thought potato-based filling was more regional to PA.

I have no scientific basis for these opinions.
