@YesYouCanNow Exactly what I’ve received. It’s a bog standard letter, they don’t even look at the evidence. They’re saying I didn’t pay parking charges despite me be able to evidence by bank statement I paid by card.
Absolute fraudulent bullies.
@SheffieldStar Exactly what’s happening to me right now. Claiming I inputted the reg wrong or did not pay, yet I’ve evidenced (thank goodness I paid using a card) that I did pay.
Utterly disgusting “company” - it’s fraud and bullying plain and simple.
@BritishGasHelp Literally all I get on a loop - it says to ring to speak about any accounts and I’m not willing to waste hours of my life doing that. Any transfer of details should be done in full before activating a new system.
@BritishGasHelp I’ve gone onto the website, I don’t use the app. I click on “view previous bills” or “view direct debit” and it sends me in a loop telling me no direct debit is set up and asking me to click to view account.
@MartinSLewis@BritishGas any coincidence that ability to see energy usage online and via APP has been removed from all your customers at the peak time of the year @ofgem#ofgem#britishgas ???
@genevieve_holl@linksgolfphotos@MartinSLewis@BritishGas@ofgem My account has been “moved systems”, this means my past usage, current debit/credit amounts and usage is all unavailable. Agreed direct debit has been hidden and my account is in review. It’s basically hiding anything credit the government funding has put me in.
@linksgolfphotos@MartinSLewis@BritishGas@ofgem Absolutely thinking the same - my account was massively in credit and now I can’t see a thing and I’ve been told I won’t be able to until my January account review. No service in the world operates on hidden billing .. why is gas and electric a law unto themselves?!
Why has @BritishGas decided that now is the right time to “change systems” all it’s done is hide from customers what their account status is coinciding with the government payments. Absolutely reeks of suspicion when accounts that are in credit are now mysteriously unavailable
@AmyLou45168548@boohoo It’s Christmas and a postal strike on top. It’s frustrating I know but I can assure you the other delivery companies are in the same position
@katiebentley0 @BBCWatchdog Could they also look into the large companies still using them and charging customers next day delivery charges whilst knowing they will not deliver next day
@EVRIcourier@boohoo Can someone get it together and let customers know PRIOR to them paying for next day delivery that this service is experiencing delays. You are fraudulently accepting peoples money whilst knowing you cannot fulfil your agreement in delivery.
@allyson2222@boohoo I didn’t realise Evri were the courier they use. Evri have been experiencing delays for weeks and Boohoo would have been aware of this. What they’re doing by accepting payment for next day delivery knowing they cannot make good on this is fraudulent and illegal.
@boohoo why are you allowing next day delivery orders to be processed - knowing that Evri courier service is unable to provide next day delivery due to delays.
It’s fraud!
