The new guidance that says children of a certain age won’t be taught sex education will just lead to children not knowing what consent is.
Children will be put at risk with these guidelines, it’s shocking. Why would you not want your child to be taught consent?
IT'S OUT! 😮 Through a new study, we have identified seven red flags, or clinical clues, that point to a patient having an underlying #rarecondition! 🚩 Read the full report now. Thanks again to everyone who took part in the survey!

Beth says this better than I could, preventing appropriate and potentially life saving education is doing children nationwide a huge disservice and puts them at increased risk… Proper sex education is vital for harm reduction and wellbeing! #sexed https://t.co/QM6NpzTNRR
3 years ago today, the book I helped to create on my student placement was published. I still feel so proud about it, and I’m so glad that I’m still engaging in the period poverty space #endperiodpoverty
Truly chilling speech from Rishi Sunak.
I agree with him on one thing: there is a group in the UK that is harbouring extremism, spreading division and threatening our democratic freedoms.
But it’s not Muslims. It’s the Conservative Party.

Incredible stuff. Absolutely wild that a vaccine I got given in my school library when I was a teenager has this kind of impact. Vaccines are Good Things.
It’s appalling that videos like this and of @aliciakearns are some of the only details I’ve seen. I should not have to scoure TikTok for huge international news. https://t.co/dtVbby6eUZ
A Junior Doctor can buy a single sandwich for £3 in the hospital cafeteria and has to pay.
A MP can get British Beef and potato paprika goulash for £3.19 and then make you pay.
They also get free parking and Junior Doctors pay £1300.
I know who deserves a pay rise.
This gave me goosebumps, to see this incredible woman recognised after so long is both promising and heartbreaking. So many systems including universities pose barriers to women, and so many of us work so hard to overcome them each and every day 🫶

Our government has so much blood on their hands. This is absolutely heartbreaking.
It’s become a trade off of human lives for political points and we should be ashamed of ourselves as a nation that we’ve let that happen.
Poverty tourism makes me rage. Imagine the good people of enormous wealth could do if they asked organisations how they could help rather than using them as ‘good press’ opportunities
The @COP28_UAE's GST draft grossly ignores the science
But the science is clear. @LancetCountdown + @WHO's health stocktake; @UNEP's Emissions, Adaptation & production gap reports; @WMO's state of the climate, & more coincide:
Fossil fuels are incompatible w/ a liveable future
Summary of my #COP28 thoughts: voting on a non binding agreement helps literally no one. Watered down ideas with no legal obligation or consequence are no use. Except the consequences are DIRE, especially for island nations who fought so hard during this year’s event.
