This is such a fun way to encourage the whole class to grow in classroom behavior and community! As the students work toward a common goal they are encouraging each other and working together! LOVE THIS #EDEL339
R5: If I could interview a mentor teacher, the most important question I would want to ask is: What do you wish you would've known when you were a first year teacher? Tips/suggestions?
R4: As a new teacher, it is so important to work at a school that supports you and your growth as a teacher! Therefore, I will be looking for a school that values not only their students but also their teachers! #edel339twitterchat
R3: I think the most challenging part of being a new teacher is classroom management and finding what works best for you and your students! I believe mentor teachers could help support with that by sharing and modeling what they do for their kids! #edel339twitterchat
@TaylorDavis06 I completely agree! I have made an effort to get my kindergartners up and moving during my lessons because it such a great way to get them refocused and ready to learn and it's a great strategy for all ages!
Such a heartfelt video and it is something that is often overlooked! Children are our future and it takes many hands to get them through their day and to a successful future! These incredible people should be a priority not an after thought. #EDEL339
Education Support Professionals meet our student's needs on so many levels. Shouldn't we care if they can meet their own? ESP deserve a living wage.

I have been loving this assessment strategy for my kindergartners! Allowing the students to tell you what they're thinking gives you so much more insight on what they know -- something a worksheet could never truly do! #EDEL339
@AlexMarler9 I love this resource for specific positive encouragement! It allows students to see what they should continue to implement or do for next time! LOVE IT!
I love the idea of giving students choice! These choice boards are a great way to get all students engaged in a positive way! One assessment won't always work for every student, giving them options can boost not only student interest, but also the quality of their work!๐#Edel339
Such a creative way to assess students outside of the traditional testing and multiple choice quizzes! This cube also allows students to share their findings with their peers in an innovative way! LOVE IT! #EDEL339
@msbrookskinder I loved this article!Being an open book for our students allows us to bond in a way that otherwise would be impossible! It's important to debunk the idea that teachers can do no wrong! We are only human and when our students see that, we break a wall that can build relationships!
"Friendly Friday" is such an incredible way to build relationships among the students and something I hope to incorporate in my own classroom! <3 #EDEL339#RelationshipsMatter
"Friendly Friday" activities help students build relationships and improve their self-awareness and emotional regulation. What a great way to end the school week. https://t.co/bX6Q335onN
