@jet2tweets @Michael81497484 We have called 4 times, spoken to managers etc only to be told we can’t do anything until flights are cancelled on 1st August. Calling this number gets you nowhere
@Michael81497484 @jet2tweets This is ludicrous! Give people the option to make the right decision for their families. Most are not going to feel responsible in taking children to a place that only a few days earlier more than 19,000 people were evacuated.
@jet2tweets@JulieMc7716 “it would be unconscionable for holiday companies to cash in on travellers' sensible decision not to travel by not refunding or rebooking them.” Please update us on flight past 30th asap
@jet2tweets Why won’t you let people flying out on 1st August rebook now? We desperately pray the fires go out but even then will it be safe to go with young children? Kinda goes against instinct to go. Why can’t we just move our holiday to Turkey now? Sending love to all affected
It’s OK to say sorry, & admit you might have been clumsy with your words. What is important is acknowledging what the other person is going through.
