Should a guest be entitled to water facilities including a working toilet during their stay?
@premierinn stayed at Basingstoke West and left without ANY water (no shower / toilet); and only been given a apology and 49% refund. I expect a FULL refund of the stay under the Good Night Guarantee; or is that a gimmick?! AAL2186032

@premierinn Zack, just wondering if this is acceptable for guests to be left without water (so no flush working), unable to use sink / bath; and only being offered £30 as gesture of goodwill (less than 50% of the booking)?

@AsdaServiceTeam I returned some clothes 3 weeks ago but still waiting for refund. Every time I phone CS, they say to wait 24hrs. Still no sign of refund. Awful service!
