@AlAbdulDhaeef@AhmedSheriffdin Majority of “formally studied” individuals often make blunders on the most basic things.
Formal credibility isn’t serious as it was in the past. Today anyone can get into Oxford and Azhar with Alittle bit of cognitive function.
The cause of the effect is emergent from the agent.
So any particular action I do, it’s causal efficacy is tied to my agency, not to God.
Gods relationship to my causal activity is simply his continuation sustenance over the causal process, where he allows it to occur and where he can obviously override any moment but doesn’t.
So allowing things with true secondary causal activity.
And those uses are exactly what asharis and maturidis do. Especially more asharis. The dichotomy is simply a social construct and there is no such thing as literal anything from a word bare context.
Due to this the context gives the meaning, conventions can create useful tools in discussions regarding jurisprudence and its hermeneutical properties but this dichotomy from conventions is not a foundation to import meaning from a text.
Rather the meaning is solely contextual, so yad or “hand” without context is just a sound with no meaning, because meaning arises post use.
Read my paper it’s in my thread of threads.
@AhmedSheriffdin You are assuming conventionalism for your theory of meaning within language.
We Muslims don’t believe this we take contextualism, so defining words bare context is gibberish nonsense in this debate.
The context of hand doesn’t mean limb on the apparent.
@maturidihanefii The reason ta’wil breaks apart is when you read theories of meaning without language. The literal/metaphor dichotomy was refuted by shaykh al Islam ibn taymiyah which is the back bone of your ta’wil. Go on my profile I have a paper refuting ta’wil go read it.
If anybody is interested what this slouch dog homo @Jay_49erTikTok looks like he is an old man with a belly. Calling young women names whilst his wife divorced him and left him sad and lonely flirting with Christian’s online all day. Please beware of this Hindu turned Christian.
@BruceSaiFun IP is a liberal in disguise he debated Bob in speakers corner and rejected blasphemy laws as moral within church law.
Bob pressed him and gave an example of disrespecting the Eucharist in public and IP said he’s only prosecuted with vandalism by not using the item properly 😭😭
@AhmedSheriffdin Instead of parroting the same old kalami nonsense, actually present a formal argument.
It’s like me saying your God doesn’t exist in reality because to be in reality is to have a place, so negating that would negate existence.
“Bahahaha low tier ashari!!”
Like come on dude
I don’t even accept istighata and I can tell m24 lost.
M24 couldn’t rebuttal properly when shadee said the lafiz of ya does not constitutes istighata or dua, rather it’s the entire statement along with the persons intention and direction.
M24 kept sticking to “ya” without giving a proper rebuttal.
@vessel_43@InspiringPhilos Why restrict it to the New Testament? I thought Christianity was the whole Bible not less half of it.
Need I remind you Christ being angry at the temple where they had a marketplace, citing the Old Testament against them by saying it’s a house of prayers not a den of robbers.
@IbnMalikah@CheesecakeMufti Yea najdis were very public with the affair of takfiring them.
Read their books on how they justified siding with the Christians and Jews over them since they thought their (ottomans) kufr was worse.
@bigjonsteel Dude your iq is so low. He’s saying with natural intuition and reasoning you can conclude monotheism.
Through that the only religion that really upholds that doctrine is Islam.
The evidence is natural reasoning.
@JohnSmofe@mohammed_hijab@MrAdnanRashid@DisputesOf There’s no unity with rafidah, but the point is double standards, if you can be friends with the yahood or USA, then you can be friends with them.
Also if you watched his video he emphasized he’s referring purely on the strategic level in the region, do you want Iran or Israel.
