And then we say crimes go unreported.

I left in the morning for work assuming just mild waterlogging only to return to a whole river in the neighbourhood.

Veera Desai Road is currently waterlogged but atleast the kids found a pool to splash around in. Small joys during these water logged #MumbaiRains

Travelled by @etihad today only to experience one of my worst flights. The air conditioning wasn’t working before take off and they still chose to fly us in a heated chamber for 7 HOURS!! The amount all the passengers including me have suffered in this flight is unimaginable

To top it all in the midst of the flight they switch off all entertainment systems and WiFi as if the flight wasn’t already unbearable enough. I land to see a mail apologizing for the “minor” inconvenience. NO, @etihad this was in NO WAY MINOR!

Took a flight on 12th. It’s been 6 days in Madrid for me and I have no sign of my bag and no clear answer. I am growing desperate as a student alone in madrid and you refuse to help me. I know you have my bag, please have it delivered ASAP. This is atrocious @Finnair @Iberia
