It’s been more than 6 months since my banks submitted the necessary updates, yet my credit file with @EquifaxCanada remains inaccurate.
Credit reporting agencies have a responsibility to maintain accurate consumer records. @TransUnion updated my profile promptly.
but I’m still waiting on Equifax.
Requesting assistance from the Equifax team to investigate and resolve this matter. Please contact me via DM.

@equifaxcanada i need your help resolving my credit profile! The bank has done their part long ago and @TransUnion updated my profile immediately without even me having to reach out to them! But with you guys (Equifax) it’s been over 6months and it hasn’t been updated!
@Rogers I have been patiently trying to chat, speak with the agents since last Friday and the only thing the agents are doing is transferring my chat or calls to another agent as no one really wants to help and take charge/responsibility of a service cancellation! @Rogers
@Rogers I am seriously looking forward for some actual ‘Help’ moving my internet connection to my new address, and I’ve been told that Rogers Services are not available in my new place, so I’d need to cancel my connection, return the modem and pay an Early Cancellation Fee!
The ECF amount to $400!!! This is totally unfair! I am ready to retain my service but Rogers is not able to provide the service in my new location! How is it my fault then? And why should I then pay the ECF? @Rogers please help!
