@RohitBanwar Interestingly, BR.31 (durvalumab) also had negative results. I believe mandating a pre-randomization PET, a 10 week delay after post op/post chemo, better nodal clearance and insufficient “critical mass” after R0 for immune priming might have picked patients with the lowest risk
