The legal documents filed on behalf of Ludwig Kaiser describe his side of the arrest, claiming the original accuser, who alleged that Kaiser assaulted him, said, “Have some respect before I call ICE on that bitch,” to Kaiser and his girlfriend, Andrea Bazarte.

The documents claim Kaiser invoked Florida's “Stand Your Ground” law and acted in self-defense during the incident.

The filing seeks to have the battery case against Kaiser dismissed.

I don't know if there were fewer in the queue or if I got better spots having recently made a purchase 🤷‍♀️
