@British_Airways Please respond to my Direct Message, you have cancelled my flight with less than 48hours notice and I haven't had a reply. No return flight back to UK available until 19 Feb, this is crazy
@HeathrowAirport@ANSELMOMENDES14 Many on twitter have questioned the term "should not". Surely they would have said "must not" if it was indented for no one from tier 4 to fly?
@British_Airways Obviously, which is why you should be qualifying your responses to queries on social media by stating "Compliance with Coronavirus regulations will always be a matter for the passenger" rather responding in a manner that alludes to the possibility of flying to someone in tier 4
@British_Airways@masarat That is even more confusing than the restrictions. If a person is in London as of tomorrow, they cannot fly, as confirmed by the government, news outlets and over the phone by BA customer services. So how can you say you are looking forward to welcoming a Londoner aboard?
@MirelaKumbaro Such a shameful language is proper only for a Minister of Culture of Rilindja and has nothing to do neither with the books nor with the culture, nor with an educated lady that pretends to be.
