@SadiqKhan @londoncouncils TFL staff do not stop people without face covering from entering tube stations. Pubs still allow people to smoke outside. Malls are full of people. Some are not even wearing a mask. I guess there is still a looooong way to go before we can fix the underlying issues!

S. Korea understands math. Identify a potential spreader fast, they cause fewer infections & you identify their contacts earlier. Initial US testing from CDC (UC Davis Feb 19) took 7 days. Does 1400x faster matter? Look at evidence. S. Korea new cases Mar 3=851 Mar 18=93. R0<<1!

@Ocado 24 hours and no clear action is not a good SLA. I believe such an issue should be expedited and your service orientation preserved! You are basically processing new orders and have put this back in the queue...by the look of things! I’ve got some items in my order I need now!
