@Toursavadkohi@WLGore@WLGoreMedical@UCSDsurgery I saw yours that day right before mine. Tried that but sheath ended up being anterior and I thought… I’ll just thought I’d have a better approach once deployed but thanks for showing.

@dr_ghoreishi Nice work! Endo has to show off now in the ultra high risk patients… hopefully purpose built stents and good collaboration with CTS will help find the sweet spot for a larger portion of patients.
@MCWVascSurg@AWBeckMD@farkomd@JamesHBlackMD @ShereneShalhub Not a fan of and types of plugs in FL. Angio will tell you what you need to do. Reline to start never hurt. TF endo approach all good! Trust your build. If worried about fens opening can use the tip of a Lundy to reinforce. Strong and pop open even with graft crimped!
@MyKatAccount@UnTBAD@jbsgreenberg@katie_thomas@gebeloffnyt@virginiahughes@davidenrich That’s the definition of a profession. Able to manage themselves. By way of training, boards etc. if we want our ability to continue to do so be eroded away by other entities we will face decreased resources, reimbursement and struggle more to take care of our patients.
