@aeberman12@OilandEnergy ummm... if crude is the feedstock for making jet (it is), it is utter nonsense to say that "almost all of their feedstock comes from the Persian Gulf". In fact VERY little crude is imported in to NWE from there.....
@Big_Orrin Exactly. If a flight is cancelled, the European airline has an OBLIGATION to secure another flight on the same day. So... prices are sky high now = demand falls = flights not full = carriers cut flights (ie. BA moves from 4 flights per day to Crete to 2 or 3).
@AndyBurgess_11 Not sure about the however much it costs part… we have 3 key, big earners in him, Walsh and Clark in CM whose contracts are probably all up. Given we still have some big wages to carry next season, money is gonna be very tight
