@Brian_R_ONeill Briumvi is a buy-and-bill drug yes? Then you can't ignore clinician experience. They have financial risk for obtaining the auth and collecting from insurance. If doctors agree the drug is superior, they'll push back on insurers and take on b+b because that's additional revenue.
