Today's Heroes Day commemorations mark the 46th anniversary of national commemorations honoring Zimbabwe's liberation war heroes and heroines.

46 years later, the high ideals for which they fought for have not only been distorted; they have also been systematically dismantled. All progressive & patriotic Zimbabweans should refuse to let the legacy of our liberation heroes & heroines be rewritten by the same people who continue to betray it.

As Chairperson of the Constitution Defenders Forum, UK Federation, my mandate is clear Mobilize. Educate. Defend.
We organize because a constitution unread is a constitution unenforced. We educate because an informed diaspora is an ungovernable diaspora not by force, but by conviction. We defend because rights deferred are rights denied.
This is not a title but a task. To every member of this Federation and every Zimbabwean in the UK who still believes the constitution is the people's document and not a ruling party's convenience , I serve at your instruction, not above it.
