@ariarmstrong Agree in theory, but whether police are consistently making reasonable or unreasonable demands is an empirical issue. Your comment presupposes generalized unreasonableness. Sensationalized, rare (and often hazy) examples of unreasonableness are not proof of a general conclusion.
@PaulMDomenick Nice tweet. I do think the toxic label is spread a little too liberally. There are toxic people and difficult people. It’s an important life skill to deal with difficult people. If you write off difficult people too easily, it’s more about your own fragility than self defense.
@donswriting Psychologically many people are stuck as “men” or “women”, not expanding their identity to “person who is a man or woman”. A person recognizes and can appreciate similarities btwn the sexes (and differences). If one won’t see commonalities, they’ll feel alienated from the other.
