In Russian Krasnoyarsk region, Siberia, local parliament voted for “expropriation of excessive wheat produced by Kherson farmers” in Russia-occupied Ukrainian, and for bringing the grain to Russia. This is exactly Holodomor wording and politics. They ARE repeating it.
