@TRyanGregory Is there a reality tv show where they fill a room full of a dangerous airborne pathogen and people have to decide if they want to spend 8 hours in it maskless or wearing a P100 respirator.
@goldengateblond Straights: This is where having more than one queer friend might save you. If you only have one, they might also be that friend who is a complete chaos goblin who will just nod and smile. Backup is essential.
Now they ruled out sepsis. Say it’s viral, but not sure what. Kid should keep taking antibiotics (why?) but they have none. Mother going to every pharmacy in lower mainland looking. 🤡. Totally not a banana republic. She’s now got COVID. @adriandix I guess your plan is working?
Hey @adriandix are you aware that Surrey Memorial Hospital is unable to treat a child’s sepsis due to no antibiotics AND they have no general anaesthetics for surgery should it be required? Not to mention being short staffed? Is this you being the best at what you do or should /1
@NielJStewart@adriandix From the mother who’s kid has sepsis. I can’t give out any more info than this. It’s her decision as to whether she wants to reach out to the media.

@hellerm2@adriandix My wife’s friend. Her kid has been sick for 10 days now and went in last night. I can’t say more - trying to convince her to reach out to global / cbc / whoever - people are not being told what’s actually happening on the ground.
@clearlyabot@loscharlos@TaylorLorenz A public health official answerable to a political party is not exactly an impartial “expert”. I choose to listen to the scientists who are researching SARS2 and publishing their findings in peer reviewed journals, not some quack giving people easy answers and protecting economy
I hope those of you who willingly allowed yourselves to be on infection 3+ by now by living your best lives and believing the totally real science that is “immunity debt” are having a cold-sweat moment.
German Health Minister: Anyone who gets infected with corona more often runs the risk of developing an incurable immune deficiency.
Roughly 50 scientific papers showing this now.
