"I am not what I ought to be, I am not what I want to be, I am not what I hope to be in another world; but still I am not what I once used to be, and by the grace of God I am what I am." -- John Newton
@levie@buccocapital So well said. This is a cycle everyone has to go through - but you have to go through it over and over to start to really understand it...even then, I'm still fooled each time I think **this** is the time it was just going to work. That's when the real psychosis kicks in
@karpathy Yeah, this is pretty fascinating, I‘ve accidentally discovered this with iterative LLM research and reviews of plans that I had almost finalized that then get blown to pieces and go in the completely opposite direction after subsequent reviews.
@realpatriot111@clayhepler Not really. We buy all over Texas and do well. Honestly, many folks have lost a lot of money all over Texas and in (including the triangle) and many states buying at the peak - it all comes down to buying right.
Don’t fall victim to land fraud. Taking a few minutes to learn about title fraud can protect your vacant property and your peace of mind. Andy Rouse, with @HaystackLand, explains. https://t.co/4LecVB3Yy6
We're building Haystack Land Company to be the most trusted land buyer in the US. But getting cited in @GoBankingRates' The Office breakdown for Dwight Schrute's beet farm? Pretty cool.
Going to be interesting to see how Agent skills continue to develop and evolve. I told someone on my team today that SOPs are effectively dead - at least the ones built for humans sure are.
I've been telling anyone that will listen about how amazing Agent Skills are.
Today, we're making skills an open standard that any AI tool can use to make repeatable workflows better and more powerful.
@FF_Teaux So strange that announcers made no mention of as a possible targeting - I'm an Aggie so I'm biased, but it seems clear. Was there sympathy b/c he was injured from leading with his helmet?
