@MarsUK - I was the lucky recipient of 3 blonde/auburn hairs in my Mars bar today, took pics of 2 of the hairs - the other one blew away. Also included a photo of a code inside the packet in case it helps you trace other bars to make sure there’s not more out there! 🤦♂️

@GWRHelp - how the hell do you justify declining a refund claim when our 19:24 train doesn’t arrive until gone 20:30 (on the 22nd Dec)??? And the GWR gentlemen in the photo personally promised we would all get a 100% refund due to the issue????

I had booked the 19:24 Reading to Bath Spa train, first it was cancelled, then the next train cancelled...and we finally got on a rammed train at approx. 20:40 - easily over 1h15m late! 😡😡😡
