@jonrossmcnairn @DC_Police@IainMiller7@Veale2Cathy @DCPolVolunteers Always great to a chaplain, and sometimes just to know they are there should you need to bend an ear.
Thought provoking Dimbleby lecture on the BEEB tonight, 'we are all part of the Windrush Generation' exploring struggles, gratitude, responsibility and #notthereyet#Worththelicence#DavidHarewood
@bike4climate @MikeyCycling We all know its not a minor infringement, repercussions are potentially disastrous. I passed a chap driving down the motorway earlier today, and he had inadvertently slowed to about 55 mph and everyone had to quickly move into lane 2.
@SteveChalke It beggars belief, 1 step forward and 3 back for a party that continues to appear increasingly out of touch with those who need it's support.
@ExplorerJust The kettle and the little non- stick pan/ lid are probably the best bits of the trangia, unless you count the gas burner option, I remember when I saw my first one 25+ years ago- blew my mind π
This Saturday from 5pm, we're giving you a unique front row seat to a demanding response shift in Plymouth. ππ¨

We are dismayed, disappointed, and deeply concerned. UK Gov has just approved the use of a banned pesticide so powerful; a single teaspoon could kill 1.25 billion bees. This is a huge mistake. If we want to #DefendNature we must #SayNoToNeonics. π

@SteveChalke Sadly, I think we all know the drivers behind the behaviour, I'd be surprised if the higher echelons felt any meaningful connection to the poor families and their situations. Shareholders need their pound of flesh, and management love a bonus.
A rather depressing picture, I'd be interested to see if incidents of fly tipping have increased over the last decade as recycling centres have started to charge for various items, I suspect the ability to respond and clean up after these miscreants has diminished
@vickyvaliant@RoryStewartUK I was about to make exactly the same point, Vicky, then I spotted your response. Early intervention services removed or thresholds raised above ridiculous for years and add in staffing levels, then not being fit for purpose, barely covers it
@Tony_Devenish@Telegraph Money going into other road initiatives and a real deterrent for speeding, making a safer environment for all, I'm struggling to see your point? Feel free to enlighten me
