@vrbo Just to be clear your 'response' just says you are looking in to it.. It is now two weeks since our holiday was cancelled you have had more than enough time to look into this. Reputation is everything.

@vrbo extremely disappointed that Vrbo will not reimburse us travel costs of holiday due to accommodation being double booked & finding out less than 16 hrs before travel. £2.5k out of pocket with three extremely distraught children and no help to resolve. Beware using!!
