@currys I bought a TV from Currys on 2nd January. It was not as described so returned within an hour. I've been told that it has to be collected from my home because I ordered it online. The courier didn't turn up. Why can't it be returned to the shop? #PoorService

@TUIUK Thanks for cancelling our flights to and from Madeira in June. We've been left high and dry, trying to sort other arrangements whilst on holiday because we've been given 10 days to make alternative plans. We were supposed to be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary
