@actorvijay after watching your films, many believed you would be a sensible and compassionate leader. Sadly, your actions are proving otherwise. You seem no different from other Chief Ministers who choose political convenience.

On what basis are dogs being picked up? Why are volunteers being denied access to shelters? Why have so many dogs, including the ones picked up from High Court, ended up dead?

A Chief Ministers responsibility extends beyond human beings. It includes protecting every living being and the natural resources that supports human survival. Turning a blind eye to animal welfare is a failure of that responsibility.

In a town, Pallipalayam, TN, a stray dog named Appu lived for more than 13 years. Last week, he died of natural causes.

The entire town performed his last rites, as one would do for a human. THIS IS THE ACTUAL STATUS OF MANY TOWNS WHERE THE MEDIA WOULDN’T FOCUS. They love their stray dogs and take care of them.

@indSupremeCourt : Media will not cover this because this wouldn’t give them TRP like dog bite cases. Dog haters are a breed who would never be respected like this, even by their own family. I am starting to think that’s why they hate dogs. It’s just jealousy at its peak!

Animal lovers and animals are pushed out of cities because people complain. But when shelters are built outside city limits, authorities still find reasons to shut them down. So where are these animals supposed to go?

In Gorai, the Forest Department (@MahaForest) has chosen to demolish an animal shelter that cares for sick and paralyzed animals, citing “encroachment.” Yet, other nearby encroachments like shops remain untouched. Why the double standards?

How much more can you take from animals who already have nothing?

It’s disheartening to see that while some people dedicate their lives to helping helpless beings, others go out of their way to disrupt that compassion.

🚨 HIT & RUN KILLS PUPPY – DELHI

A helpless puppy was just standing quietly on the road when car DL12CE4502 brutally ran over it in Model Town, North Delhi and fled the scene. The puppy died on the spot.

The animal was not attacking, not chasing, not even moving — just standing — when this cruel driver crushed a voiceless life and escaped.
