@toys_ndjebela We must make our internal contestation processes for positions in the party prudent, consistent and transparent. When we suffocate the processes and realise that youth are distant, now we incentivise them with position. The quota system will not benefit the party in the long run.

SOE Executives make their own 5 year plans to get as much as possible benefits from those companies. We need atleast 20 years institutional strategic plans at our SOEs in Namibia. Individuals can come and go but institutions must remain🎆

@muadifam Commercial Public Enterprises need to be independent of individuals 5 year plan and have institutional long term plan (20 years etc). Executive leadership need to implement part of the plan in their 5 year when at the helm of the institutions. If they fail no renewal of contract.
