A heads up to all @OctopusEnergy customers who choose to get solar panels fitting! It takes MONTHS to switch your account and end up giving them free electricity back as a reward!!
Surely it doesn’t take this long? I registered the first week in July!!!

8 weeks initially waiting for my electricity to switch to the flux tariff after requesting the early July!
Update 8th Sept, the onboarding process has started, I’ll get you an update!
18th Sept no real update, just that it’s in process!
Simply not good enough!!!

Okay I’m fuming!
Biggest food injustice of the recent years! I wanted it to work…. I do like Richmond sausages BUT replacing the gorgeous little Heinz sausages HAS NOT WORKED!
I actually gave them away which has never happened before! How do we report this food injustice?

@British_Airways not only was I disappointed to be delayed 25 hours with no hotel for my extra night!
I lost my seats and am now sat at the back of my flight from Houston to London! Very 😠 😠😔😠😔

What an absolute sham #xcover is! Our @nationalexpress coach was cancelled due to steering issues! We nearly missed our gig! 4 weeks later they are still emailing me asking for proof of cancellation which I sent 3 weeks ago!!
Never again!
