Today, I had the honor of attending the West Allis Memorial Day Observation Ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park. We remember and honor the brave servicemembers who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedoms. I will vote “no” on the Evers-GOP surplus deal because Wisconsin families deserve more than backroom negotiations and short-term fixes.

Our communities need real investments in public schools and real long-term solutions that address the challenges people are facing every day, not temporary patches that fail to meet the moment.

I’ll continue fighting for structural change and policies that put working people and our communities first.
