@DoctorMayJay With the only advice to “take a couple of paracetamol before the procedure”. It was an incredibly painful experience and to this day I can’t get over how awful it was.

@tfl@MayorofLondon what is going on with the Central Line? What exactly is the ‘shortage of trains’? Have you carelessly mislaid them in sidings somewhere, are they not fit for purpose or is it actually a shortage of staff? Come on, we pay a bloody lot for this lack of service.
@easyJet_press@easyJet here I am stuck in Athens airport after my flight last night to Gatwick was finally cancelled. Do you know your app that everyone you approach on the ground to help doesn’t work? I couldn’t access “manage my bookings” to get the hotel accommodation TBC
Looking forward to your response and a speedy and hassle free reimbursement. You need to do better, families with children, elderly people and zero help from easyJet apart from go on the app. Shocking and if that’s your line sort your app out.
Just to add some context it was the 21.05 out of Athens to Gatwick which was delayed to 00.20 and then cancelled as according to the ground staff the pilot locked themselves in the cockpit as they were too tired to fly. Absolutely support not being flown by a tired pilot TBC
@McfadyenLesley I finished my BA last year and David was the most kind, helpful and patient person. He was responsive and like @BelovedOfOizys I would have struggled to navigate issues without him. What a loss to @BirkbeckUoL
