My @UPS parcel which should have arrived last Friday says “delivery date to be updated as soon as possible” even though I need it urgently ahead of this weekend. The lack of updates and correspondence are frustrating.

@askryanair Hi, I recently booked my friend Alex’s flight but his passport says Alexander. It is £115 for a name change or £91 to book a brand new flight in his passport name. Is this necessary as it is a “shortened name” rather than a mistake. Thank you.

Appalled with @easyJet customer service telling me 1 thing on the phone and something else at my arrival at Gatwick airport. Employees telling different advice resulting in me being unable to board my flight. Awful.

@Europcar have had to wait over 2 hours for our hire car in Milan and have not be assured any compensation despite being charged for late arrival on our air bnb, beyond disappointed with the service for a company who deem themselves to be top of the range.
