Animal shelter security footage captured a scared dog with a large St Bernard.
I had a St Bernard and this is exactly how loving they are❣️
I’d adopt them both!
Being in your early 40s is weird, man. People around your age are in every stage of life. You have people who are grandparents. You have people who have newborns. You have people dating 25-year-olds. You have people celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. Some of them look 60, and some of them look 30. All the bases are covered when you are in your early 40s.
Being understood is not just emotionally important. It’s biologically essential.
When people feel understood, the brain’s reward centers light up. When they feel misunderstood, the brain registers pain. That’s not metaphorical. It’s neurophysiology.
Inuit Delegation from Canada Arrives in Nuuk in Show of Circumpolar Solidarity
Today, February 5, 2026, a brand-new Air Inuit Boeing 737-800NG “Combi” aircraft — the world’s first of its kind — is flying directly from Montreal to Nuuk, carrying 76 passengers from Inuit Nunangat in Canada.
The visit is intended as a strong demonstration of Inuit solidarity and unity with Kalaallit Nunaat during this time. The delegation is led by Makivvik President, Mr. Piita Aatami, and includes Inuit leaders representing all regions of Inuit Nunangat.
The delegation is also visiting Nuuk to attend the official opening of the Canadian Consulate on February 6, 2026.
The overnight visit aims to strengthen bonds between Inuit across the circumpolar region and reaffirm shared cultural, social, and political ties.
The Air Inuit Boeing 737-800NG Combi is scheduled to land in Nuuk at 15:10 local time. Kalaallit Nunaat is encouraged to give the visiting delegation a warm welcome.
When a camera went missing during a shoot in the Arctic circle, the AP crew found it among sled dogs they'd been filming with earlier. A dog had taken it and had also hit record.
