@iDixitThakrar ખાનગી હોય કે સરકારી કોઈ પણ નોકરી માં ૫ વર્ષ નો સમયગાળો એક જ પગાર માં રાખવામાં આવે તો તે કર્મચારીઓ નું શોષણ કહેવાય બીજા કોઈ રાજ્યમાં ૫ વર્ષ ફીક્સ પગારની પ્રથા નથી તો આપણા સમુદ્ધ ગુજરાત રાજ્યમાં શા માટે ?

Fixed Pay is q big scourge in Gujarat. Regular Govt employees' salary has gone up by 61% but fixed pay ones have had no pay revision.
Various political parties have exploited fixed pay contractual "labourers".
Gujarat must either end this system or solve their issues.
