I purchased an AC from Amazon where the product image clearly displayed a “Free Installation” label.

However, when the installation engineer arrived at my home, he demanded ₹1500 for installation. If the installation was advertised as free, then why are customers being asked to pay extra charges later?

This is extremely concerning. Displaying “Free Installation” on product images and then charging customers afterward looks like misleading advertising and unfair trade practice.

When I contacted customer support, instead of resolving the issue, they simply said “you should have read the manual.” If there were charges mentioned somewhere else, then why was “Free Installation” prominently shown on the product image?

Customers should not be misled just to increase sales numbers. Transparency and honesty in online marketplaces are essential.

I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter.

If required, I am prepared to escalate this matter to consumer courts because misleading customers through promotional images is unacceptable.

I bought a car and registered it at the RTO office; this is recorded in the government's records.
I obtained a driving license, and it is also recorded in the government's records.
When I obtained a POLLUTION UNDER CONTROL CERTIFICATE, it was also recorded in the government's records.
When I renewed my car's insurance is also recorded in the government's records.
With the tax money I pay, every government office has a mountain of computers, and it's being trumpeted that the whole of India has gone digital.
So, government, when all the information is recorded in your records, then you can simply enter my vehicle number into the computer and find out from the comfort of your office whether my license has expired, whether my insurance is due, when did I get my pollution level checked, etc.
On the road, the only thing that should be checked is whether I am following traffic rules. There would be no need to harass citizens at every intersection for paperwork if government officials were efficient in their work... This is the root of all the problems.

In the condemnation resolution presented by the United Nations on the Pahalgam attack, Pakistan was successful in getting a clause inserted that

"The terrorists did not kill after asking about religion...!"

To do this, Pakistan showed the tweets and videos of 12 opposition leaders of India as evidence,
which included the statements of Congress's chief spokesperson "Pawan Khera" and "Supriya Shrinet", Samajwadi Party's "Akhilesh Yadav", Congress's big leader Karnataka Chief Minister "Siddaramaiah" and other opposition leaders.

After that, China (which has veto power) got this clause removed from the condemnation resolution of the United Nations that "The Muslim terrorists killed after asking about religion...!"

Flagging the terrible rental agreement service of @nobrokercom - worst experience ever @NoBrokerCare. They collected the fees in advance and forgot about the task. After the biometric scan completion it has been 12 days and now they are asking for 5 more days.

@NoBrokerCare There is no proof that they took any action on the 1st Feb. He just made up a random story claiming that the registration did not go through because of some queries from the registration office. They was zero communication to me regarding any queries.

@NoBrokerCare The escalation team person Sandeep Kumar gave me the details of all the action that was taken. It can be clearly seen that he had no answer for why no action was taken to complete my work on several days from 27th Jan to 1st Feb when they finally did something.

@NoBrokerCare On calling the support number today I found that my agreement was not submitted and will take another 3-4 days. i was left with no option but to escalate. When I escalated my case. I got a commitment from your escalation team that I will be provided with a resolution by 5PM today

@NoBrokerCare I did not receive my agreement in the specified timeframe. I did not receive even a single email update or a phone call regarding the status of the agreement. I was promised by Biraj Chakraborty on the 5th February that I shall receive my agreement in the next two to three days.
