@Yousuf_Haldar@SBICard_Connect They shouldn't have injected fund into your account. Instead should have attached your house and sold it to recover money. You have all the time to record and harass that RA. Instead you should get your life in order and pay them pack with interest.
@Yousuf_Haldar@SBICard_Connect Hi Yousuf, you have the proper evidences with you. Claim a good compensation for this illegal funding and violation of fair practices code.
@Imdeens@SBICard_Connect Thank you @lmdeens. TATA Cards are co-branded credit cards issued, managed, and financially processed entirely by SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited (@SBICard_Connect). The backend servers, recovery desks, and regulatory accountability belong 100% to SBI Card.
Thank you @beingblunt123. Financial distress due to severe medical emergencies is a reality thousands of honest families face. However, failure to pay dues is a civil dispute—it does NOT grant banks a license to commit cyber fraud, manipulate ledgers without OTP, and trespass using unlicensed agents. Due process of law must be respected by both sides.
Thank you for sharing your truth, @Ramakri11617846. It is heartbreaking to see how many silent citizens have suffered from this exact syndicate. You are not alone. We are fighting this out in the open with solid evidence so that no other common citizen is harassed or manipulated this way.
Thank you @peacenlove069. A formal 2-day legal ultimatum has already been served to the Principal Nodal Officer (PNO), CC'd to @RBI and Cyber Crime desks. Upon expiry of the countdown, formal complaints on the Central Cyber Crime Reporting Portal and RBI CMS will be initiated with the 41-minute unedited 4K footage.
Thank you @rvndkr. In simple terms: recovery syndicates inject their own unverified money into overdue card accounts without customer knowledge or OTP just to reset the 90-day NPA clock and save their internal jobs/commissions. Meanwhile, the bank suppresses transaction alerts, leaving consumers trapped in continuous interest cycles. We are taking this straight to @RBI.
Thank you @thenameis... No citizen chooses financial distress intentionally—genuine medical crises or business losses happen. But a financial default does NOT give a bank the legal right to bypass Core Banking laws, inject unverified funds without consent, deploy unlicensed agents, and trespass into homes. Debt resolution must strictly follow RBI Fair Practices Code, not illegal server manipulation.
@Yousuf_Haldar@SBICard_Connect -38K. First, pay your debt or ask the bank for a settlement if you have financial problems or other reasons.
You have no right to convict others when you are guilty of the same thing yourself.
Financial setbacks can happen to anyone due to medical emergencies or unforeseen crises—having delayed payments is a civil matter governed by banking contracts, not a measure of human dignity.
However, struggling financially does not strip a citizen of their constitutional rights, nor does it grant any institution the legal authority to commit cyber fraud, manipulate ledgers without consent, suppress mandatory SMS alerts, or trespass using unlicensed recovery personnel.
We are fighting for systemic transparency and regulatory compliance under RBI guidelines. When institutions break the law, accountability must follow—regardless of account balance.
