At every stage of UPSC Exam process, there is an opacity.
1. Candidates are submitting fake certificates
2. Candidates misusing OBC and EWS interchangeably
3. No Answer Key after the exam (wait for 1 year)
4. Randomly discarding the questions
5. Cut-off not released along with Prelims result
6. No disclosure about the Mains marking scheme
7. No disclosure about moderation of marks in Optional subject
8. No guidelines about the parameters in Interview Board. (One of my student, who was given the last slot of the day was just interviewed for 17-18 minutes because the board was in a rush to leave)
9. Extremely tough CSAT (though the syllabus mentions that CSAT would be till class 10th level)
10. Why 1st August is used to measure the age - no logic ever given.
11. Poor selection rate of Hindi Medium Aspirants due to elitist bias of the exam.

Ironically, this body asks candidates to write answers on Right to Information.
